Upstream Peer Network

Our networking group for accounting professionals provides a forum
for sharing best practices, solving challenges and discussing opportunities.

Thanks to the Upstream team for hosting the peer network series of calls. I thought it was very valuable and hope that we can continue to build on the program. Due to similar roles in the profession, I plan to stay in touch with multiple group members.

I appreciate all of the Upstream team’s commitment and efforts to create a platform to connect with other professionals over this past year. It has been a great experience and then some!!!

I sincerely enjoyed connecting with my peers in Upstream Peer Network groups. Authentic sharing of challenges, ideas, and resources provided helpful insight into issues important to me. I have also enjoyed benefits from ongoing networking.

Registration deadline is June 1 each year.

Memberships are available during the year for a prorated rate, if space is available in an appropriate group.

Upstream Peer Network is comprised of high-performing leaders who wish to connect with peers within the accounting profession. Upstream facilitators lead the sessions, ensure productive exchanges and share insights.

Eligibility

The program is open to accounting firm professionals in the U.S. and Canada regardless of level or focus. The network includes groups for managers, senior managers, partners, COOs, firm administrators and professionals responsible for marketing, human resources, innovation and/or learning and development. Each group is built based on similarity in role and position within firms to ensure each member of the networking group has something to contribute and gain from the networking opportunity.

Trimester Check-In

Trimester one-hour virtual group meetings begin in early summer. Prior to each virtual meeting, registrants can contribute topics and objectives to ensure we focus on the issues most important to the group. All topics are open for discussion.
