Kelsey enjoys serving Upstream Academy clients and working with the UA team. Her main area of focus is working with Emerging Leaders Academy and New Manager Academy participants providing direction and accountability measures as they develop their professional careers. She also organizes Upstream conferences, researching locations, serving as hotel liaison and providing information to conference participants.
In her spare time Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, visiting museums, camping, trying new recipes and hitting her annual reading goal.
