During the final session in this series, Jeremy will discuss how individuals can and should drive diversity, equity and inclusion – and how to make this part of your firm’s culture. He’ll include best practices for creating customized approaches to ensure you are avoiding stereotypes while still honoring differences. He’ll also talk about pitfalls to avoid and best practices to include in your firm’s approach.
